Foster-to-Adopt Contract

Foster-to-Adopt is the best way to find the right dog/cat for you. We will work with you to make the most informed decision and completing this application will help to assure a positive experience for you and the animal(s). Upon approval of this application and the receipt of the $50non refundable donation, This is the Dog! (TITD!) will place the animal(s)in your home for the one/two week trial period. If the animal(s) is the right companion for you, we will then declare the adoption permanent and finalize the adoption process.The $50 donation will be deducted from the adoption donation. s the bestway to find the right dog/cat for you. We will work with you tomake the most informed decision and completing this application will helpto assurea positive experience for you and the animal(s). Volunteer Waiver

All volunteer applicants must be 14 years old or older at the time of application. 13 years old & younger must volunteer along side their parent or legal guardian at all times.
